Mango sticky rice

This dish is featured as part of the Santa Barbara Vegan Chef Challenge running through April 2019. I absolutely loved this dessert! Perfectly sweet sticky rice topped off with fresh mangos, date syrup, and coconut ice cream. 10/10 would recommend!
