This is one of Green Point Juicery’s summer popsicles they had offered in ‘22. I’m unsure if they still offer this (flavor), but wanted to post my review on it since I had already tried it.
This popsicle is made from coconut butter, maple syrup, coconut milk, mango and coconut flakes. The top is icy sweet of mango juice with the coconut flakes decorating the top and adding a different and pleasing texture. The bottom lighter part was less icy, but still so. It tasted more of coconut butter cream in the bottom half than anything else.
I felt, perhaps there was a freezing issue with creating this popsicle, as there was too much separation of ice, mango juice and cream. I’m unsure if it was intended to be layered like this, or a more integrated popsicle, but I hope that if they do bring this back, they work out a better method of freezing them so that it is less icy and separated, and more enjoyable.
I’m uncertain about how much I spent on this popsicle, but my feeling is that it was around $5.
