Soooo crispy, I genuinely loved this maki, and the sauce was amazing!

What a fantastic place. Amazing food, amazing service and amazing atmosphere. What a find. We ordered a few dishes to share between us, the maki was delicious, sliders, chunky chips and black truffle Mayo! Incredible.
