Lunch Set

I've always been that vegan who claims that they hate salads until I had the one at Seedling Cafe. I picked the coconut slaw and beetroot salad along with the vegan meatloaf (made with chickpeas) and this completely changed my mind about salads. If every salad was this good, I wouldn't go back to eating junk food, really! 😋 The chickpea meatloaf was quite nice too - not too crumbly, so it had a 'meaty' bite to it. This cafe has a vegan alternative for every dish and all of them sound delicious - just go vegan already 😐
