This dish is such a keeper. Like the mix of veggies and noodles.
A health-oriented #veganrestaurant we encountered by chance while walking around, and we were like “I guess we are supposed to eat here?”. I enjoyed the variety of ingredients and flavours: thin #rice #noodles, home made plant protein patties (these most than anything🤩), pickled vegetables, #tofu, herbs, #cucumber, served with a sweet & sour sauce, crispy roll.
One of those interesting Vietnamese dishes that are super fresh with all the raw veggies/salad and have interesting mixture of flavors! Alas my fav is always the spring roll and I like the mock meat.
