Lion's Mane Mushroom Pan-fried Dumpling

The filling was very well seasoned with a moreish smoky umami flavor😍 The small pieces

of water chestnut adds a nice occasional crunch and they are not stingy with the mushroom filling. Also the skin to filling ratio is perfect👌🏻 Give me lion mane's mushroom anything and i will love it😆

didn't think much of the filling of the dumplings. there was a slight spicy kick.

couldn't get much texture which was i usually enjoy about lion mane mushrooms. appreciated the fact that it wasn't too overly oily and came with vinegar and ginger!

Didn't feel pan-fried at all 🤷🏻‍♀️ skin is also a bit mushy like soon kueh
