Lotus flower and tofu burger

At Veganic to Go, burgers are not fast food, in fact you really need to take your time to eat them, bits by bits. I personally start with the cabbage and I tap into the avocado, gathering lotus flowe, the tomato sauce, the tofu... the burger is elaborate. You can pick your bun, all made out of Japanese organic wheat. All veggies are GMO free. The burger is very nourishing. Vegan food is still not cheap in Tokyo and this burger is no exception but the price isn’t crazy. Please give it a try!
