Boxcar Pizza Summer Special: Life's A Peach 🍑 We didn't have the chance to try this pizza when it was on the menu last summer so we had to get it when we saw they were offering it again. It had fresh, delicious peaches, #jalapeno and hot honey.  This fully vegan pizza place has the best pizza in pdx! The have new specials all the time and there is always a new pizza to try. Stone fruit season has arrived! Which means peaches are here! 🍑 🍑 🎉 🎶 “Millions of peaches, peaches for me!” 🎶 Lots of restaurants in PDX always get creative and throw peaches on their pizzas, burgers, tacos, and of course in ice cream too, 😋 and I’m in full support of this. 💯 This Boxcar pizza special includes their vegan Mozzarella, Bacon, Sliced Peaches, Jalapeño, and Hot Honey Drizzle. It can be prepared on a gluten free crust if needed, but the bacon is not gluten free. I highly recommend ordering this special if you enjoy peaches! This consisted of luscious and creamy GOOD PLANeT Foods 🐮🥛-free mozzarella, juicy and sweet roasted peaches 🍑, jalapeños, and 🐝-free hot honey drizzle on a thick sourdough crust with crispy edges and a light and airy crumb inside. The mix of cheesy, creamy, sweet, and 🔥 was fantastic. (Gluten-free option) #saveveganrestaurants
