Lasagna

Sloppy slimy mess. I love aubergines but certainly this could do some more creativity. This is light and great after a walk at Hort Park but otherwise uninspiring. Good for people on keto.

This was delicious! 🤤 It’s a low carb lasagna inspired veggie stack layered with a generous amount of vegan cheese. Whatever cheese it was, we loved it!
