Oh gosh, finally an excuse to post these #throwbackthursday reviews from way back in July when I was in Thailand! 🇹🇭 I’ve never had #lahpetthoke or even heard of it prior to ordering it here, how special! #Lahpet or laphet as spelled in this restaurant is Burmese for #fermented #tea 🍵 The tea leaves are actually consumed as an eaten delicacy and not just for brews, how unique! As a #salad this stuff was phenomenal 👌 As I’ve made it a point in my reviews by now, I’m strongly on #teamcrunchy so this dish with the assortment of nuts 🥜, lentils 🫘, and pretty much everything that comes off #crunchy was an absolute delight 🤤 It was lightly marinated in a #spicy sauce, but I’d not recommend it if you can’t take the heat. This one comes with little bits of chilli all over! 🌶️ I loved it and you just know this is a dish I’m looking out for again 😉 #veganisnotscary #throwback
