As someone who doesn't like beer, I've found one type of beer I do like - hefeweizens. Usually, they have more of a tropical flavor, with banana and clove notes being really prominent. Unfortunately, this did not taste like a hefeweizen. It tasted very much like a traditional light beer. It was very bready, and even had a really bitter chemical taste that I sometimes pick up in IPAs. I definitely won't trust 14 Lakes with a hefeweizen again. If I ever find myself back here while visiting @jonok's cabin, I'll go for their seltzer.
