Laax Bagel

Got this bagel during brunch, it was topped with plant-based smoked salmon, vegan cream cheese, onions and capers. We were a little bit disappointed that the bagel was actually only half, but I guess that’s a different way to present it and serve it. I personally like my whole bagel stuffed with cream cheese (or any other filling) and didn’t love this “toast-like” version. Anyway the taste of everything was great, but at 10.90 CHF I would instead get the salted gipfeli with the same filling because it’s more satisfying. #brunch #veganbrunch #bagel #vegansmokedsalmon #zurich
