I hadn’t been in Roots & Rolls in a while, so when we went yesterday night I wanted to try this kind of #sushi which hadn’t been on the menu last time I was here. We paired it with the geisha sushi, which is my absolute favorite one (already reviewed) . This consisted of sautéed shimeji & #shiitake, sun-dried #tomato, lettuce, #caramelisedonion, and homemade #aioli . Compared to the Geisha, this was seriously underwhelming,- it was like a sushi you could get in any place and not the usual very-high quality of this restaurant. 16€ for 8 pieces
