Again this photo does not do this meal justice but this was a lovely noodle
stir fry dish with some tofu🌟 The noodles are sweet potato noodles and also happen to be gluten free :) Would highly recommend!! #veganisnotscary

After having Japchae from Minari in Simonstown and absolutely LOVING it, I gave it a
go from Kimchi...
Unfortunately this was a tasteless dish.
The tofu was horrible. I've never eaten sponge mattress but that was the visual that kept popping into my head with every bite of tofu.
The veggies were dry & unpleasant.
The noodles (on their own) were the only good tasting bit of this meal.
