Kimchi Pizza

Pizza is pictured in the upper half of my photos, the one with spinach & meat chunks. This is a great flavor mix in my opinion - could use more spinach tho! There's not tons of kimchi, but it's really just enough to add the tang, spice, and texture. The gochujang beef is really tasty, I like the seasoning, and it adds a little spice to the pizza. These all go really well with their almond cheeze! I enjoy that with their homemade cheeze, I can enjoy more than just 2 slices of pizza without feeling weighed-down. Overall, recommend to those who are fans of kimchi or food with gochujang-based sauced!!
