Kelp Pad Thai

This kelp pad thai is a very light and fresh salad. But if you’re expecting the stir fried pad thai, this is not it. It is a cold salad and doesn’t taste any like pad thai. It’s still good though, and has a very unique taste. $20 for a lovely salad. #veganin2020

Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of this BEFORE I destroyed it. It comes out beautifully presented in a tower of noodles and veg and looks amazing. The kelp noodles are really good. Not too chewy like some other places. Could use a bit more veg and the sauce could be a bit more “saucey” but I get why it isn’t, seeing as it’s a cashew sauce. Also could be a tad spicier! I added tofu to mine for an extra protein lunch. The tamari almonds were tasty also #alv
