Kasundi, Kale & Vegan Cheese Toastie

This was really nice but the kale could've been chopped up a bit more. Kasundi is the Asian/Bengali variety of mustard sauce. I asked if this was the only vegan toastie and was told the other three can be made vegan in request. This hole-in-the-wall cafe has been there for a month or so.. A bit out of the way but also real close to the corner of Lonsdale/Exhibition Sts. I scoffed it down in the garden out the front of Wesley Church, next door 😀
