Kalebone *

This dish is from the starter selections on the menu and it is an exclusive item described as a "super protein roast baked and served with BBQ sauce". Clearly they are designed to mimic BBQ ribs, very meaty and laced with ground kale. It was way too much for one person but I don't know if I'd share it with anyone who isn't all-in on the vegan lifestyle. It's not trying to be meat, it's pretty hard core on the healthy side of things. I liked it and will try their Kalebone sandwich next time. They appear to be dusted with nooch, too.
