Kaiserschmarrn

Usually I’m not a fan of the applesauce, however it was the perfect match of the Kaiserschmarrn, which is a sort of pancake.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this dish in my life until I tried it last night! Kaiserschmarrn is essentially a pancake broken up into pieces and served with apple sauce - sounds so simple, but it is so so delicious!
