Juicy Marbles Fillet with Diane Sauce

I couldn’t decide on this dish or another so my OH got this one so I could try it. Absolutely smashed it, the juicy marbles had a real meaty texture, the flavour resembled gammon with home made chips and onion rings. The mushroom was cooked in garlic butter, so delicious.
