Japanese Sweet Potato Roll

This vegan sweet potato roll is excellent! This restaurant uses purple rice or “forbidden rice” and it is so soft, it melts in your mouth. It is absolutely delicious! This roll comes with avocado on top, a sweet soy sauce glaze, and fried tempura pieces. Although the restaurant is not vegan, they do have a good amount of vegan options. This roll is definitely my favorite. I recommend this dish and this restaurant if you are ever in the area. 💚💗💜 #vegan #plantbased
