Iron Man Sandwich & Sweet Sun Tea

The Iron Man is delicious! The amount of plant-based protein in this sandwich added with amazing taste really gives me energy throughout the day! #aloha

Toasted ciabata, avocado, chik'n, coconut cheese, and eggs. I believe that the chik'n is TVP. Doesn't really taste like chicken to me, but very flavorful with the rest of the ingredients. The egg by itself doesn't really taste like egg, but together as a whole, can't tell otherwise. The cheese is fantastic. I think they make it themselves. It's not the typical Daiya cheese that lot of restaurants use. Very cheddar-like and rich. Very hearty portion. Was able to save half for another meal. I wasn't too crazy about the sun tea. To me, it tastes like the Thai Tea before adding milk to it. It's not like the tradition sun tea my mom used to make. Not one I will get again, but I'm looking forward to trying out their other sandwich's and tacos, and maybe their other drinks. I love that they're in the Lowe's parking lot. Always plenty of parking!
