Irish Nachos

Oh my goodness! I'm in love with these Irish Nachos!!! It consisted of seasoned waffle fries smothered in cheeze sauce, diced tomatoes, and coconut bacon. Vegan bacon made from coconut?! OH YES!!! Crispy, smoky, just a tad sweet, and so amazingly delicious. I highly recommend Café 1610. Their food never disappoints. 💖 #DitchDairy #AbillionLove

Thought these were pretty unique! The waffle #fries themselves, were delicious! Great seasoning and were perfectly crispy. They were layered with #vegan cheeze sauce, diced tomatoes, jalapenos and coconut bacon. They had tons of flavor and I especially loved the coconut bacon. It was also a very large serving for only $8. I would definitely recommend giving these a try. #abillionlove
