Impossible Vegetarian Pho Pho Chay

this was mind-blowing in many ways. first, it tasted very authentic - light yet flavourful broth, good noodle: veg: broth ratios which made for an overall filling meal! and second, the minced impossible me*t looked so real that my non-vegan friend insisted on having it first to ‘check’ and even went to double-check if they had served me the right dish. paired my meal with their iced lemongrass peach tea which was a nice cooler! i loved this.

A PRECIOUS LUNCHTIME FIND @ CQ!! 🍜🍜 One of the best #vegan pho I’ve had with Impossible Foods meat, tau pok and lots of veg. Absolutely loved the broth and all the fresh ingredients 🤭🤭 Could have more veg options on the menu tho 🫥

This was mad delicious and the portion is really generous as well! Lots of mushrooms and impossible meat mixed with the chilli and sauce that made this a heartwarming and nutritious meal for the rainy weather! Plus the environment here is quite cosy! 😄

Yummy! The broth is flavourful, good amount of ingredients and a variety too! - mushroom, tofu, impossible meat among other things. This costs $13.50++ Restaurant has a few vegetarian options (and a lot of them seem to be vegan too).
