Impossible Foods Beef Rolls

This dish is an absolute must! Delicious vegan ground beef worh potatoes and spices in a wrap and fried to perfection. YUM!! 😋 I highly recommend this dish, and their Deviled Tofu dish made from OTA Tofu. Also their curry is fantastic! Thank you for the recommendation @pdxveg ! #veganisnotscary #veganin2023

This was a plant-based version of the crispy and crunchy beef (or mutton) rolls sold by corner shops and street vendors all over Sri Lanka. The curry filling was made with Impossible Foods ground beef and potatoes. This was then wrapped and rolled in breadcrumbs before frying. Delicious.
