Impossible burger

Impossible foods never disappoints, highly recommend

I was following the Impossible burger on its journey west, and Crossroads was the first place where you could get it in LA. I don’t know what it is, maybe I got in late or something but it wasn’t nearly as good as it was hyped up to be. I learned later that it’s better to order it well done vs medium. Otherwise it’ll taste like a plain black bean burger.

It’s even more delicious when you know that no animals were harmed! Impossible burgers have enough taste to please any former carnivore and turn them forever Vegan. There is no reason anymore to eat meat when you have so many options. Crossroads Kitchen always pleases and they are open for takeout and meal kits. Get yours today!

I had high hopes especially since the chef here created the #impossibleburger but have to say it was kind of a disappointment! Personally I love veggie burgers but have also had a couple of really good Impossible burgers. The patty here was super thin and a bit too overdone. The truffle fries were delicious. And we saw Ellen DeGeneres having lunch near us! #crossroads #mecca #hollywood
