Hummus Wrap

Take a tortilla, pile it up with hummus, cabbage, red onion, avocado salsa…but don’t stop there…add organic veggies including spinach, tomato, carrot, and cucumber. But wait…there’s more…top it off with lemon tahini dressing and wrap it up…now you’ve got yourself a tasty sandwich! A side of sweet potato chips goes nicely with it. The chips are delicious but they’re not super crispy like typical potato chips. Not a bad thing…just a little heads up for anyone who hasn’t had them at Green Sage. I’d definitely order this again…
