Hummus & Pita Platter

Another Hummus and Pita post? Bring it on! After several failed attempts at planning, I finally tried out Mitti Cafe along with a friend! With my recent obsession with Mediterranean food, Hummus and pita was my easiest choice. Due to abillion's cropping issues, unfortunately all the items are not shown here. The platter itself was quite colorful and appetizing, with Beetroot Hummus, Classic Hummus, Salads, and lavash (which are crispy and tall crackers). The freshly baked pita bread arrived much later. (too hungry before I could snap a pic 🙈) On a whole, the platter was really good with a delectable classic hummus and pita combo, although the stand-out item for me was the beetroot hummus. I'd order this platter again just for that! The best part about the cafe? It is operated by a team of super inspiring differently-abled individuals, who would surely put a smile on people's faces! #veganisnotscary - 3
