I was so thrilled to find a clearly labeled vegan dish or two at horizons
inside the lodge on Geneva on the lake Ohio. This was their vegan penne pasta. It does come with beyond sausage but I didn’t really want that so I asked them to leave it out and they did. This was full of veggies. The sauce was pretty good too. #vegan #pasta #veganoptions
