The skin made of crispy zai-er (fried bean curd skin). Not really sure what’s inside exactly but it’s super yummy! #veganisnotscary
Best eaten when hot and crispy! (Had a few after it turned cold and it got really hard). The crust is soy skin/ ‘zai er’ and the middle has a texture similar to vegetarian fish cakes.
