Homemade Chickpea Vegan Burger

What a yummy burger! It was only a tad dry, so I recommend ordering with ketchup. I also subbed sweet potato fries and they were absolutely perfect. Great service from John, too!

The best veggie burger I have ever had eating out! The patty itself was like super soft falafel with a perfectly crunchy outside. This monstrosity came with vegan green goddess dressing, garlic roasted mushrooms, pickled red onions, sprouts, lettuce, gobs of avocado and vegan whole wheat sourdough. I couldn’t fit my mouth around it so ended up fork and knifing it open faced. I rarely order the same thing at a restaurant and I will be back until I can figure out how to replicate this magic at home. OMG. They also had loaded chipotle cauliflower tacos that I will have to try next time
