This consisted of a hearty and satisfying mushroom and lentil-filled puff pastry served with a rich green bean casserole topped with freshly fried onions, a house-made cranberry chutney sauce with a pleasing balance of sweet and tart, and vegan butter-whipped mashed potatoes served with mushroom gravy. This is a perfect example of a holiday feasts that is fantastic even without including a plant-based version of turkey.
