christmas is my FAVOURITE holiday and i love anything christmas so i knew i had
to get this. includes cauliflower lentil rice, impossible pork roulade, roasted pumpkin, roasted brussels sprouts, haricot salad, walnuts with sweet potato dip & topped off with vegan demi glace & cranberry sauce.
the impossible pork roulade was also enjoyable (i’m actually not sure what pork roulade is supposed to taste like), first time trying their pork product!
everything was flavourful, gets you full and yet doesn’t weigh you down after. i will probably arder this again before it’s gone.
