Heavenly vegan pancakes with salad

Ain Soph is a fully vegan/plant-based restaurant with multiple locations. I tried the Ginza location, which happens to be very charming too. We ate on the second floor close to a big window overlooking some plants and the Ginza skyscrapers. Service was very nice although it seemed a little formal. I tried this menu with the heavenly pancakes, a salad, a drink (Japanese iced tea) and ice cream as dessert. The pancakes were amazing, super high and fluffy. Together with the ice cream they served some delicious blueberry jam and agave syrup, both went super well with the pancakes. Presentation was also incredibly beautiful.
