This is one of the sharing plates of ‘Roots & Greens’ from the menu. It looks like a pretty basic salad and the ingredients include seasonal greens, roasted chickpeas on top. The main ingredient is minimal and barely noticeable in the dish. The dressing is made with miso and truffle? It is tasty for a green salad. Unfortunately the veganised version didn’t seem to contain a replacement for parmesan.
