Well, #storytime folks cause I met someone on the inside of the whole underground #pasta operation here 😤 Says he knows Antonio Fettucine and is in on the whole noodle mafia operations. I wanted to order one of their vegetarian pasta dishes & have them #veganized - they use box pasta so usually just asking which brand they use helps me figure out if it’s vegan or not. However, upon asking to #veganize their pastas, one of their staff claims that all pasta noodles secretly contain cheese but manufacturers do not tell us consumers because it’ll drop sales 😳 He doesn’t just mean that the restaurant makes their own tagliatelle with eggs and cheese or something but clarified that the likes of Barilla, San Remo, and Combino are secretly part of this conspiracy where they put dairy cheese in our so called vegan pasta noodles 😱 He ended with, “I can still ask the restaurant to prepare a pasta without cheese on top but I was just informing you cause you’re a vegan right 🙄”; Gaslight, gatekeep, your loss 💅 We get it bro, you got dumped by a vegan once but this is too much.
