Hamburguesa Vegana

The burger was pretty good but they definitely need to make some changes, starting with the bread which was a bit stale. I found out the owner makes her own bread to make sure it's 100% vegan, because she says she doesn't trust the bread from the supermarkets because they might add egg even if it's wholewheat bread and egg isn't mentioned in the list of ingredients. In Colombia the egg industry is extremely powerful and they make sure eggs are in everything. I'm glad to see the owner of "Las Veganas" is working to make sure all her products are 100% vegan.
