Hainanese "Chicken" Rice

* Part of the Elemen's Local-licious 8 course set menu. 5 are vegan, 2 contain eggs, and the drink has honey. Shared this with my family who aren't vegan. The rice lacks the fragrance and flavor of a chicken rice. The flavor aren't infuse into the rice as well. Also, the amount of chilli sauce is pathetic (two drops of chili sauce maybe?). This dish is quite disappointing to be honest.
