Most of my best meals are the simplest ones. No fuss. Just good, nourishing food. I don’t need it to look pretty either.
I prefer to pay for good quality, organic food over material things.
After all, I only have one body to look after. And my health is my responsibility.
I chose to get a few dishes from Journey To Glow (The Breakfast Club), to help my body recuperate quicker from Covid.
Really enjoyed the simplicity of this dish.
