Grilled Chik’n Pesto Wrap

This dish was amazing. It tasted so #fresh with the #spinach and #sweetonion, had a good amount of #protein with the #chickpeas and grilled #veganchicken, was moist due to the toasted #veganmozarella, and the smoked cashew #pesto was delicious and tied it all together. This wrap has a nice fresh flavor with the pesto but is filling with the chickn and chickpeas. The wrap is grilled as well. Very well balanced and delicious. #supportlocal

Every time I go to Woodhouse I try to force myself to try something new as all their dishes are so good that I am rarely, if ever, disappointed. This time I decided to try the Grilled Chick'n Pesto Wrap. It had great flavor and texture, my only criticism would be that with so much spinach (though I love spinach so wouldn't want the amount reduced) on the bottom it greatly reduced the flavor of all the pesto and chickpeas on top making it taste more bland than I am used to for their food. Would I eat it again if handed to me, for sure, just wish they could find a way to help the flavor pass through the spinach better.

This is amazing! The greens are an integral to this—so much more than garnish. The savory notes are deep and lovely! Garlic chick peas are wonderful. The cashew pesto is so flavorful. I could have this every day!
