Grilled aubergine

Amazing!! This is one of my all time favourite restaurants in Amsterdam. It's Italian people cooking Israeli food and all my dreams have come true. Their grilled aubergine is out of this world; it's perfectly smokey, soft, and creamy, and is served with Mana Mana's signature sauces and topped with fresh pomegranate.
