Grill Sweet Tofu & Eggplant Bowl

The tofu is the star ⭐ of this dish 💯 it fried in a sweet batter so it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggplant is pretty good too! My only qualm with this dish is the ratio of rice to eggplant / tofu. #veganuary

One last lunch with the colleague before 2020 ends! It’s been an interesting year. My first time opting for their vegan friendly dish here and (thankfully) no ragets 😋. Eggplant + sweet tofu was delish – wished there was more of it though! Also kinda wished they drizzled some sweet sauce over their rice or something’

Food was delicious. Eggplantwas succulently done and portion was sufficent for a big eater like myself. Very satisfied over all 🤤

cheers to the big pieces of tofu and eggplant below the mountain of veggies! however, there were insufficient sauce for the rice so it was pretty tasteless towards the end. expected a more chewy japanese rice but i was disappointed :( nothing really special about it, probably wouldn't go back.

Loved the grilled tofu and eggplant 🍆, I could have just had a full bowl of that. The rice was at the bottom and I couldn't mix it well enough so I ended up eating almost plain white rice towards the end 😔 They have quite a few vegan bowls and it's right next to my office so I'm sure I'll be back to try the other ones!
