The owner so kindly gave us this #smoothie to try. It was one of their specials for St. Patrick's Day on Friday. It had spirulina, greens, tea, Irish sea moss, and fruit. You just need to shake it up a bit so it doesn't separate, but it was really rood. I usually HATE seamoss. It's so good for you, and I've tried so many types that claim they don't have that signature sea moss taste and smell, but they really still do.😆 This actually didn't at all. You only tasted fruit and tea! I was kind of scared to try it, but I'm glad I did. Seamoss is really beneficial as it is very nutrient dense, that with the antioxidants from the tea and greens makes this smoothie a powerhouse of nutrients! We were given this, but their smoothies all run around $7, so this would most likely fall in line.
