The cocktail on the right was the grapefruit bloom. It came with prosecco, grapefruit juice, elderflower liquor and rosemary syrup. Really tasty. The aperol spritz on the left and apple martini in the middle were also delicious. The apple martini was our favourite. They were €10 each so pretty expensive but average for a cocktail in Dublin.
