Grain Bowl

I love how many vegan options this brewery and taproom has. Almost all of their sandwiches can be made vegan using local seitan from @seitansrealmcbus. They also have a large craft beer selection from nearby Yellow Springs OH. I generally wouldn't trust a tofu bowl at a brewery, as many don't know how to cook or season tofu well, but this place was an exception! This grain bowl was so tasty - cooked and seasoned very well. A bit nuts that you have to pay $5 to add tofu, but the total came to only $15 so still very reasonable. And, vegan options are HALF OFF on Mondays, which is an amazing deal. This bowl comes with seasoned quinoa, roasted chickpeas, marinated cremini mushrooms, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and pickled onions. Topped with a tasty house citrus vinaigrette.
