A new way of having a Reuben for me but it did not disappoint! It’s

a much healthier version of tradicional Reuben with what I thought were beets especially because of the color, but it says on their menu celery 🤷🏻‍♂️ either way it tastes amazing!

This was so different!! I’ve never been a fan of Reuben’s and wouldn’t normally order

them, but am so glad I tried it. The sandwich was huge and there was a ton (almost too much) of the “pastrami” on there, so they definitely don’t skimp on the toppings. I have no idea how they made celery root taste like meat! It was filling but somehow not heavy. Definitely a fun thing to try.
