Ginkgo Claypot Noodle Soup

Okay, so admittedly this looks like prison slop, but believe me when I say that it was absolutely mindbogglingly delicious! It was unexpectedly #spicy 🔥 and the #soy #tofu whatever gave the broth a nice texture to complement the #noodles. There were some pieces of #gingko nut, and a few shreds of #cabbage, but they don't steal the show 😉

This is probably as good as it gets 😋 It’s a mild #spicy in an ultra creamy #broth 🍜 I’m not sure if the broth itself was made of #ginkgo but they had several seeds literring the soup. If you’re having this, remember to check for contraindications with any medicines you’re taking 💊 They used claypot #noodles so it had a charred essence which I really enjoyed — Not a lick remained! If I had one wish, it’d be more protein but really I would be reaching 🤗 #penangvegan #veganisnotscary
