Gingerbread Fritter

I love crullers and this was huge and chewy and awesome. Great flavours. Why do donuts need animal products at all??

This fritter was amazing! You could taste the hint of ginger, cinnamon, and molasses and it had a great texture. Not overly sweet, the light icing coating it was perfect.

I was excited to try gingerbread in fritter form, in previous years that has been a dip donut, while the flavour was there I wasn't a fan of the granulated sugar topping all over it. Feel like it made a better dip donut. But would I eat it again? Yep!
