Kenchan Ramen creates a variety of take home DIY ramen boxes, 2 of which are vegan. This is their latest version, Ginger Garlic, and it's vegan! I love ginger so of course had to try it. I absolutely love this ramen!! The broth is so flavorful, I tend to enjoy clear broths vs miso and this one was exceptional. The ginger and garlic flavors are well balanced in this ramen and it's a very generous serving. The noodles have just the right type of chew to it and the toppings are the icing on the cake! I'm so glad I'm able to make it at home at my convenience.
Packaging is well organized and the instructions are simple and direct. Each box has 2 servings which is perfect for the Beau and myself.
They also have a White Truffle Mushroom vegan ramen which used to be my favorite before they came out with the Ginger Garlic one!
They are based in Los Angeles so I only get a chance to purchase their kits once a month in Orange County at the OC Baking Co. Bake Sale. I usually buy some for my Mom and sister as well who thoroughly enjoy them too.
I 100% recommend Kenchan Ramen and encourage you to try it for yourself!
