Abura-age (油揚げ) is a traditional Japanese food made from twice-fried (at different temperatures) #tofu slices.
I've
tried it in different ways and I've got to say: I've loved them all!
It is simply delicious, in every possible way.
One of the many ways of using abura-age is in soups, and that's how they used it here.
This has #soba (そば or 蕎麦 noodles made from buckwheat), seaweed, spring onion and abura-age. Absolutely delicious, I wouldn't change a single thing about it! So so so good 🍜
